Music CDs play fine & sound great. For DVDs the video is fine but the audio is garbled. I've tried multiple DVD player softwares with the same result. I no longer can find the original CD with the code on it, but excel works if I open excel first, then open that same file. How can I fix the desktop shortcutting, or where can I dig into my computer to get the existing 25 digit code?
